Question 1

How do you process payments?

Accepted Answer

For businesses outside Türkiye, subscription payments are collected by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the payment, adds any applicable VAT or sales tax at checkout and issues your invoice. You enter your card details on Paddle's secure checkout and your card is stored by Paddle; Planfly does not store card details.

Question 2

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There's no commitment: you can cancel your subscription with one click from the Subscription page in your dashboard. After you cancel, you can keep using your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.

Question 3

What happens when the free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

After signing up, verify your mobile number by SMS and use every feature of the Team plan free for 14 days; we don't ask for a credit card. The free trial can be used once per account and phone number. If you don't choose a plan when the trial ends, your account automatically switches to the Free plan and you won't be charged anything.

Question 4

What happens to my data if I change plans or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your data is kept. Your appointments, customers, services and settings aren't deleted when you change plans or cancel. Only your new plan's limits and features apply.

Question 5

Do prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

No. Prices on this page exclude tax. For businesses outside Türkiye, Paddle calculates any applicable VAT or sales tax based on your billing country and adds it at checkout, so you see the total before you pay. Paddle issues your invoice.

Question 6

Which currency do I pay in?

Accepted Answer

Choose TRY, USD, EUR or GBP from the currency dropdown. EUR and GBP use the same numeric amounts as USD. Paddle collects payments outside Turkey: EUR in euro countries, GBP in the UK and its Crown Dependencies, and USD elsewhere. Businesses in Turkey pay rounded TRY prices calculated at a fixed rate (1 USD = 50 TRY). Renewals keep the currency your subscription started in.

Question 7

What happens if I run out of SMS credits?

Accepted Answer

Credits included in your plan renew every month. If you run out, you can buy an extra SMS bundle from the Subscription page on paid plans (250 SMS for $1.99, 1,000 SMS for $5.99, 5,000 SMS for $24.99, excl. VAT). Bundle credits are valid for 12 months and are used once your monthly credits run out. If you don't buy a bundle, SMS reminders pause until the end of the month while email notifications keep going out.

Question 8

What if my team or number of branches grows?

Accepted Answer

The Team plan includes 5 staff members; extra staff seats at $3.99/mo per person (up to 10 people). The Business plan includes 20 staff members and 2 branches; extra staff seats at $2.99/mo per person (no upper limit), extra branches at $9.99/mo per branch (no upper limit). You add them from the Subscription page in your dashboard. For increases mid-period you only pay for the remaining days, and at renewal they are billed as a separate line item. VAT is added to prices.

Question 9

What's the benefit of paying yearly?

Accepted Answer

With yearly billing, you pay for about 10 months instead of 12, so 2 months are on us. Payment is taken once a year in a single charge.

Question 10

Do prices change?

Accepted Answer

We update our prices at most once a year, usually in January, taking inflation into account. We notify subscribers at least 30 days in advance by email and a dashboard notification, and you can cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. On yearly subscriptions, the price doesn't change until the end of the paid period.
